How to reach this desk
One address handles everything on awahawaiki.nz: [email protected]. It is monitored on weekdays from Tauranga, and a reply normally lands the same day or the one after. There is no phone line, no chat widget and no contact form, because a written thread with the evidence attached is what lets us re-test a claim properly.
What a useful report contains
- The operator name exactly as it appears in our table.
- The calendar date on which you saw the offer or the cashier screen.
- A screenshot of the terms, the bonus panel or the withdrawal receipt.
- The figure you expected and the figure the site displayed.
Those four items turn a report into something checkable. Without them we usually have to reopen an account, replay the deposit path and guess at which promotion was running, which delays the correction by days rather than hours.
Where we have to stop
Two categories sit outside our remit. We are not lawyers or financial advisers, so we cannot tell you what your tax position is or whether a term is enforceable. We also hold no leverage over any operator, so a frozen balance or a rejected verification cannot be unlocked from here. What we can do is name the regulator behind the licence and point you at its published complaints route.
Nothing sent to the address is forwarded to an operator, sold, or added to a mailing list.
